I want to learn Vietnamese and/or Spanish. English is my first language and it's the only language I know fluently. I do know Spanish speaking people and Vietnamese speaking people so that I could practice conversational skills.
but what do you think would be easier for a native English speaker to learn?

spanish is alot closer to english
so i think it would be alot easier for you to learn spanish
because vietnamese is so much different than english

i think Spanish!
although some words have many derivatives, eg; beautiful
in Spanish would;
bonita, hermosa, preciosa, chula, etc
