What software do you use to write Vietnamese?

Hi guys, I see lots of websites in Vietnamese such as http://www.vnn.vn and one from Yahoo Answer (I want an ipod in Vietnamese). How do you write it? Do I need to install VNI or VPS or something?

Thanks.

Hey if you have windows xp, you dont have to download anything to type in Vietnamese.
    What you do is:
    1) Go to "Start" > "Control Panel"
    2) Click on "Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options"
    3) In "pick a Contol Panel icon" choose "Regional and Language Options"
4 a.)Go to the tab "Languages" and Choose both boxes under "Suplemental Language Support"
4 b.) After you have finished that (I believe you have to restart…) Go all the way back to your "Languages" tab and this time under "Text servies and input languages" click "Details"
    5) From there you can enter new languages (as many as you want) under "Add"
    6) From there you will have a "Language bar" on your desktop which you can minimize into your Taskbar
    7) To change languages click the tab icon for languages on the "Language bar" (ex. English is EN, Japanese is JP, etc.) And decide which you would like to type in.
    8) You will have to learn the keyboard for Viet. Here is what it looks like:

PS) Be wary that when changing a language while on the internet you may have to change tabs after changing the language (as I have to do with Japanese) and go back to the tab you want to type in before you are able to. But I’m not sure about Vietnamese.
