Jobs for Vietnamese who do not speak good English in Houston?

Hello to you all out there.
I have a family, not mine, that I'm trying to help move to Houston.

The parents speak Vietnamese, and do not speak very good English.
They have 3 children, all living with them (traditionally) who all speak English.

Two are Chefs, and the other is in Construction.

My main concern is the parents. Houston, being the diverse city it is, has GOT to have SOMETHING for them?

They've spent most of their lives in this country working in the local seafood factory at their old home.

Suggestions?

Try vietnamese businesses like restaurants, shipley do-nuts, cleaners shops, nails spa, etc. (that is a good start) then they can get more references from there.
