		<description>Go to your local library in the International books section you will likely to find a Vietnamese speaking person browsing through the books and you can ask that person about the books.

If you live in Southern California I suggest to go down to the city of Garden Grove or Westminster. There is a huge Vietnamese community and tons of books.

I mean Vietnamese books or books are in other languages they are pretty much the same. It depends what type of book you are looking for. Love stories, education, religious books....ect 
So once you find out what type of books he likes you will have an easier time asking people to recommend books.</description>
