Best way to learn to read and write Vietnamese when I can already speak it?
I know how to speak a decent amount of Vietnamese (enough to be able to live there), but I cannot read or write the language. What are some ways I can learn to read and write? I tried searching online for lessons from places around me, but I couldn't really find any (some universities offer it, but it's way too expensive), and I prefer face to face rather than online. I plan on learning while I have off this summer from college.

they have places everywhere that teaches you vietnamese.
you’re best place to go is sunday school at churches or at the temples.
the temples offer the classes, which was where I learned my Viet!
it depends on where you live too, i also went to a separate sunday class just for vietnamese.
you should ask your parents, they might know or they might have friends that have kids that are learning vietnamese!
good luck!
